5 YEAR FIXED RATE SPECIAL! - 3.79% on a 5 Year Fixed for refinances and purchases. This is a quick close special and mortgage must fund within 30 days of application date. We also have 3.99% which can be held for 120 days on purchases and refinances including pre-approvals.
VARIABLE RATES STILL AT HISTORICAL LOWS; 5 YEAR VARIABLE AT PRIME MINUS .65! - Prime rate is currently at 2.75% making todays variable rate mortgage 2.10%!!
Bank of Canada Update....
Bank of Canada raised the overnight target rate on July 20th putting the Prime rate to 2.75%. BoC did not comment on whether they are intending on further increases but most analysts are expecting it. Some industry experts are expecting we see Prime to be 3.25% by the end of the year. Even with the rate increase, we are still at amazing low rates on the Variable Rate Mortgage making it 2.15%.
