VERICO Primex Mortgages Inc. is an incorporated mortgage brokerage firm with a team of mortgage professionals offering residential and commercial mortgage financing. Our management team and group of brokers have special expertise and knowledge in the financial services and mortgage industry with over a combined 20 years experience. VERICO Primex Mortgages is proud to be member of the VERICO Financial Group which upholds the highest standards and ethics across Canada. VERICO Primex Mortgages is independently owned and operated by Trish Pigott and was founded in May of 2010. Trish has been an Independent Mortgage Broker since 2004 with her AMP designation.
VERICO Primex Mortgages works with over 30 different lenders across Canada including the majority of chartered banks, financing companies, credit unions and trust companies. There is no cost to our clients when working with a Primex Mortgage Broker and we have the highest standards in professionalism, privacy and industry requirements. We are able to arrange mortgage financing across Canada and will work with each client individually to ensure complete satisfaction. VERICO Primex Mortgages is a member of MBABC and CAAMP as well as the Tri-City Chamber of Commerce.
